If you feel anxious this week, try to work through the problem. It's likely not as big as it seems. Enlist someone to help if you can.


Type AB

Tap into your inner child this week. Blow bubbles, jump rope, watch cartoons. It's good to reconnect with the simple things.

Type O

Be sure not to let your temper get the best of you. Slow down and think about the situation. Don't do or say something you'll regret.


Type A

Take the time to teach someone younger than you. There's somebody that looks up to you a lot. They could use the attention and guidance.


Type B

Listen closely to a parent or mentor this week. Let them truly guide you. Be sure to thank them for their advice.


Type AB

Treat yourself to a food you've been craving. It won't hurt to do it in moderation. You deserve something nice this week.

Don't let anyone force you to do something you're not comfortable with. Make your limits clear. If they don't understand, teach them

Now is the time to revisit an old dream. How long has it been since you picked it up? Perhaps you've grown without realizing it.

Take some time to get closer to someone this week. It may surprise you how much they've wanted it. You know you do, too.

It's alright to miss something that's no longer happening. There's no need to worry any more than you already have. Just make sure you don't offend someone who worries more than you.

A small act of love can go a long way this week. Reach out to those you care about and talk to them. They'll do so in return when you need it more than them.

Pay attention to that certain person this week. They've been feeling neglected and it's the perfect time for you to become closer with them. Enjoy the moment once you're with them.

Get your sleep this week, no matter what it takes. It's long overdue. Don't be afraid to revert to childish things in order to do so.
